I am an accomplished guitarist and perform many styles. I am a bit of a Rip Van Winkle, (in that I have returned to music after working in computers for the last few years), I feel like I woke up! I also feel like I am in my 20's again, I have my old life back and my musical soul is resurrected! I'm trying to be a balanced person and to make myself be a clear vessel for music. I am taking good care of myself and try meditation and the connection of mind and body. I am in touch with the balance of awareness, (psyco-motor, cognitive and creative as I play music especially when I improvise. I think it's a really important time to be the best teacher and player I can be. I'm a spirituality person and a soulful, sensitive Cancer. My singer is a bit of a diva and fabulous yoga person and singer and she's got me into yoga.
