Me describiría a mi mismo como

Although an older adult, I pursued a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While attending, I became interested in Yoga. I thought it would be easy because I worked-out and was really pursuing spiritual insight. I was wrong and discovered I could correct much of my posture and regain the flexibility of my youth. I became certified as a trainer and led a small group for some months. I am still pursuing my own program.
