I Would Describe Myself As

I believe that it’s important to have values and lifestyles that are in common. My main focus of life is spirituality and also health wellness and fitness of body, mind emotion, and spirit. I’m looking for someone with similar values . Even though I’m 63 years old I keep my body young and I am young at heart I’m looking for someone who also takes care of their body, mind and spirit and is young at heart. I think that makes up the persona, which is obvious when you meet someone. Also looking for someone who is sweet, kind, caring, honest, and has integrity. I guess I would describe myself that way too. In a relationship, I believe in a balance of autonomy and togetherness /relationship . I like affection and intimacy and connection on all levels also. I think that the connection that we can get through texting or email or whatever is very limited so I would want to keep that brief and then meet in person soon. There are just some things you cannot tell from messages on here. Also, it’s really important to me that we live close by. I did a long distance relationship. The person was wonderful, but it didn’t work out mostly because of the distance. I’d like to be able to stop over after work . I practice meditation and yoga and study daily . I work out about four or five times a week at the gym. This is part of it reflects my values, and what is important to me I would like someone with similar values, or at least understands, even if they don’t practice all the things that I do. I don’t smoke drink or do drugs and I prefer someone who also does not do those things. Strongly believe not just informal practices like meditation but it how I live my life and let that be a reflection of my values. I’m not perfect, but I do my best. I’m continuously learning. For two people to be involved and together I think it’s important that we work on ourselves and also that we work on our relationship and it shouldn’t have to be too much work. All the sound serious but I think it all contributes to you having a fun and functional life. At this age, I, especially realize that life is short and I don’t wanna waste any of it and I want to enjoy all my moments, and I would love a partner to enjoy those moments with me. So let’s meet and get to know each other and if it doesn’t work out, it might be nice to meet another person share a dinner and evening whatever.
