Living gracefully, mindfully, with purpose & connection make me happy. Looking for a like-minded partner
I ‘m a good-natured goof as well as a thoughtful truth seeker and dedicated yogi. I believe in making the world a better place by being kind, compassionate and awake..... More "we", less "me". I feel so lucky to have had a great career as an elementary PE teacher and coach for east Austin kids. It's wonderful to think that I had a positive impact on thousands of little humans.
I value health of all kinds and love the sense of well-being that you get from exercise. I'm a life-long athlete but now stay fit through swims. cycling, runs and lifting. I also love connecting to the universe by being in nature, practicing yoga and meditating. Spiritual like-mindedness is critical to me. I love Buddhist teachings and want my partner to explore this with me.
I'm multilingual and well travelled. As a kid I lived throughout Europe and Morocco before my hippy mother finally settled us down on the cool little S****** island of Ibiza. I returned to the states as a teenager but we still keep a family house there and I visit for a month or two most summers. Hopefully you can join me once the pandemic ends. I love to travel and am fascinated by how people around the world live.
Recently retired and empty nester, Ideally, you also live in Austin too and have time to spend with me!
