I am a spiritual counselor, author and artist. I have 2 adult children and one grandson. I came into this world with womb mates- I am a triplet. I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. I live near the Gulf of Mexico in Florida and I am blessed to swim each day and enjoy the beautiful nature on this incredible earth. I love my lifestyle of eating consciously and taking care of my body, mind and spirit. Meditation, yoga, nature and good food is my medicine and I am blessed with great health. I have walked the spiritual path for 30 years and I would love to be given the gift of someone to journey beside me .
