A few things about me....

I am the Mother to one AMAZING Kiddo! He lives with me primarily and is #1 in my life.  Any man I am with must LIKE kids!


I love Yoga! I have been practicing regularly for a couple of years now.  I find that it is the BEST way to make me PRESENT in the NOW.

I would rather be out doing something or having a conversation than watching TV.  I have my VEG moments where I mess around on my phone, watch a movie or read a book but I prefer to be physically doing something or learning something.

I am slightly obsessed with Podcasts.   It is what I listen to in the car instead of Music.  That is, when my Kiddo is not with me.  When he is in the car its Kids Bop and his AMAZON playlist.   😂
