I practice yoga daily, sometimes 5 minutes or sometimes an hour. I walk daily, hike weekly, even if it’s a short local location. I eat healthy but also indulge in rich deliciousness, like a good coffee or chai tea, fine dining and desserts occasionally! I’m not thin and don’t hope to be. Im not vegan, but honor you if you are.
