Keeping fit is a lifestyle choice I have made and the buzz after a good work out in the gym or on the mat, usually results in the radio being cranked up a couple of notches on the way back home. I am fun loving and a bit arty which comes out with my writing i would loosely describe as poetry. I have a building project in north Devon (17th Century stone Barn conversion) which is taking my time currently but the overwhelming priority is to find that special person to share life's tapestry of experiences...
