I am an ex-professional ballet dancer who started teaching yoga after suffering from a knee injury. Vinyasa yoga was the answer to my prayers! Meditation has been a part of my life for many years. I enjoy riding with the top down, people watching, a good movie, a cup of steaming lemon-ginger tea, a glass of red wine, dancing the night away, art festivals, and some soul food every once in a while. My friends describe me as fun, adventurous, sincere, honest, calm. creative, and courageous. I adopt older dogs 10+ years old.
