Ecstatic dance makes my heart sing. Nature gives me deep calm and peace. I'm sharp, witty, creative, healthy and kind... Though saying all that makes me sound like I'm a cat seeking a forever home! İ have a daily practice with yoga, Qi gong and meditation.. İ also work as a shiatsu practitioner, so all things health and body fascinate me.
